What I got FROM my DAD........

Happy Fathers Day to all dad's!!! 

What I got from my dad was the knowledge of cars, which way to turn a wrench, a starter from a generator,importance of anti freeze,how to change a tire,change oil,filters & do grease jobs, put on chains in snowy weather,brake jobs & just about anything related to car parts & some body work  - he did body work when lead was THE body filler.

I guess it was a natural transition to model cars,slot cars & most anything mechanical.
