70 Buick GSX..... Monogram or Revell?

Friends, I'd like to build a Buick GSX and see that there are two kits available. From my searches, I see that both Monogram and Revell make this kit. I'm not sure if it is the same as I believe Monogram is now a part of Revell. Can someone advise?

Also, Revell has a 2 N 1 kit. I want to build the stock version....does the kit have all the decals for this and does it have a hood without the cut out?
